Three Things to Remember: My Time For God’s Favor #Tuesday Edition
Good afternoon to our amazing Online Community!
I am so happy to be sharing our three things to remember with you today! What an awesome day this has been so far! Thank you to everyone who joined us on the prayer line this morning. I know beyond a doubt that God is going to grant every request that was brought before Him this morning – spoken and unspoken! We are believing God for you and we can’t wait to hear the praise reports and testimonies! If you missed the prayer line, you can join us every single Tuesday morning at 6:00 Eastern! God meets us on the line, and we are always empowered by His presence and the fellowship with other believers! Feel free to join us using the information at the bottom of this post, and be sure to submit your prayer requests as well!
I preached a message on Sunday entitled, “My Time for God’s Favor” – and here are three things for us to remember:
1) There is a time for EVERYTHING. Whether we believe things to be good or bad, everything has a time, a season and an expiration date. When we understand this concept, we will be able to walk in faith and victory even more because we will know that God holds our times in His hands (Psalm 31:15) and He knows what we need and when we need it.
2) Shout regardless. If you’re in a good place in your life, you can shout because the favor of God is being made evident. If you are in a not-so-good place in your life, you can still shout because you realize that the place you’re in has an expiration date. It can only last for a certain amount of time and then the table has to turn and favor has to hit your house!
3) You WILL have weeping moments. Being a disciple of Christ doesn’t exempt you from having these moments. Even Jesus wept (John 11:35). Things will not always go well. However, even in your weeping moments, the bible promises us that weeping MAY endure for a night, but joy is guaranteed to come in the morning. So when you are in your weeping moments, don’t allow those moments to overtake you. Overtake those moments by praising God for giving your weeping moments an expiration date!
You know I’ll be back on Friday for three more things to remember, and we will be posting notes from Bible Study on Wednesday. Feel free to join us if you can! I would LOVE to see you! Thanks for hanging out with me this awesome Tuesday afternoon! We love you!
